Senior Superintendent

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Senior Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on our construction projects. The Senior Construction Superintendent plays a critical role in ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades while maintaining positive client and team relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities from start to finish. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Monitor project schedules and proactively address potential delays. Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance and quality. Conduct daily site meetings and communicate progress with project managers and company leadership. Inspect work to ensure it meets company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruption and maintain workflow. Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspections. Represent the company professionally with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors. Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a superintendent or similar role in commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
