Drive-Thru Barista

Dutch Bros is looking for energetic Fast Food Workers to join our drive-thru coffee team. In this role, you’ll take and process orders, prepare specialty drinks, handle cash and POS transactions, and keep the stand clean and stocked. You’ll deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service while creating memorable experiences for each customer. Working in a fun, high-energy environment, you’ll collaborate closely with your crew, learn barista skills, follow food safety standards, and have opportunities for growth through training and advancement. Greet customers and take drive-thru orders quickly and accurately Prepare and customize coffee, energy drinks, teas, and smoothies to Dutch Bros standards Operate POS systems and handle cash and card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and customer-facing spaces Restock supplies, ingredients, and inventory throughout shifts Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines Work as part of a high-energy team to meet speed and service goals Communicate clearly with customers and teammates in a fast-paced environment Support community-focused and positive culture initiatives at the stand Point-of-sale (POS) operation Cash handling Drink preparation and espresso machine use Food safety and sanitation Order accuracy and speed of service Basic math skills Inventory and stocking Drive-thru operations Cleaning and maintenance of workstations Customer communication Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Food handler’s permit (where required) Barista or customer service experience preferred
