Curana Health is leading the way with innovative, AI-enabled technology products that deliver actionable clinical intelligence, reduce administrative burden, strengthen facility partnerships, and modernize digital experiences for patients, families, and facility partners. This role owns flagship mission-critical technology products that sit at the core of Curana’s growth and care delivery strategy. We approach Product Discovery and Forward-Deployed Engineering like R&D—embedding Product Managers alongside providers, care management teams, facility partners, and patients to frame the right problems, challenge assumptions, and turn ambiguity into direction.
What You’ll Do:
Lead continuous discovery with providers, care teams, facility partners, patients, and other users. Partner closely with Engineering from discovery through production—shaping solutions, evaluating technical tradeoffs, and iterating quickly. Turn complex clinical and operational workflows into clear product opportunities and direction. Use prototypes, data, experimentation, and real-world feedback to learn quickly and reduce risk. Build tight feedback loops between users, Product, Engineering, and the business. Define success measures and make tradeoffs across user value, clinical impact, technical complexity, risk, and scalability. Ensure products meet the privacy, security, safety, and auditability expectations of healthcare.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of Product Management experience owning and shipping technical products. Experience building healthcare technology or products supporting complex clinical or operational workflows. High technical fluency—you can reason with engineers about APIs, integrations, data flows, architecture, and AI/ML capabilities. Strong product judgment and comfort making decisions when the path isn’t obvious. A track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving measurable outcomes without relying on direct authority. Excellent communication across clinical, technical, operational, and executive audiences. Even Better If You Have Experience building AI-enabled, automation, data, or workflow products. Familiarity with healthcare interoperability and data, including EHRs, HL7/FHIR, APIs, and unstructured clinical information. Experience building products in regulated environments.
