Summary:
Find new clients, sell custom wire harnesses, and build long-term accounts with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
Type: Full-time
Key Duties:
Sell custom cable assemblies and wire harnesses to OEM engineers and buyers. Find new leads in industries in telecommunication, medical, aerospace, and automotive. Read technical drawings and wire diagrams to help clients. Work with production teams to set product pricing and delivery dates. Meet and beat monthly and yearly sales goals.
Required Skills:
Two or more years of B2B sales experience in electronic components or manufacturing. Know how to read cable assembly schematics and cable specs. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and tech projects at once. Education and Perks
Education:
High school diploma required; college degree in business or engineering is a plus.
Pay: Base salary plus commission.
