Director, Talent & Performance — Remote & AI-Driven Growth

Ent is seeking a Director, Talent & Performance to design a single continuous employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding, leveling, performance, and growth, built on AI rails. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, own competency ladders, run the merit and performance cycles, and enable agentic AI while ensuring governance.
