Finance (Sponsor Finance) Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)

Responsibilities: Represent private equity sponsors, private companies, and borrowers in sophisticated financing transactions. Handle secured transactions, particularly acquisition financings and refinancings. Work on complex, fast-paced financing matters from structuring through closing. Collaborate with attorneys across practices and offices to deliver practical, client-focused solutions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Contribute to firm and practice group initiatives. Qualifications3–6 years of finance experience at a top-tier law firm. Significant experience representing private equity sponsors, private companies, and/or borrowers in secured transactions. Strong experience with acquisition financings and refinancings. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly and concisely. Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and a collaborative approach. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships. California Bar membership required. Location New York, NY | Denver, CO | Colorado CompensationFor positions performed in San Francisco, the stated annual salary range is $260,000–$390,000, with additional compensation potentially including discretionary bonuses and benefits.
