Director, Individual Giving & Donor Engagement

Boston Youth Symphony Orchestras (BYSO) invites an accomplished fundraiser to lead its individual giving initiatives, balancing strategy with hands-on cultivation of donors at the $1,000+ level. This role sits on a growing development team and reports to the Director of Development. You will build and manage an alumni relations plan, parent engagement strategy, and a donor stewardship framework while guiding events including BYSO's annual gala.
