Dallas Office- Business Litigation Associate

The Dallas office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Business Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience. Candidates should have significant experience in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Candidates should be able to conduct and manage the discovery process and should have substantial experience drafting pleadings and motions. Ideal candidates are comfortable taking and defending depositions and can appear in court, with appropriate supervision. Candidates must be highly motivated, personable team players with outstanding academic and professional credentials and must be admitted to practice in Texas.
