Backed by strong investors and fueled by innovation, the company is transforming its industry. The team is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the core finance group, gaining hands-on exposure across corporate accounting, cash management, and financial operations. This role is integral to supporting the company’s continued growth and offers the opportunity to develop within a fast-paced, highly collaborative tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support month-end close, including accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Assist with fixed asset schedules, depreciation, and amortization.
Process and review invoices with accurate coding, documentation, and approvals.
Support daily cash management and maintain weekly cash activity reports.
Research vendor discrepancies and coordinate with internal/external partners.
Assist with AR collections and account reconciliations.
Help prepare audit schedules and implement process improvements as the company scales.
Provide analytical and administrative support to accounting and finance leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.2+ years of accounting experience (public or private); high-growth or fast-paced experience is a plus.
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
