Senior Electrical Engineer

Locations: Dallas, TX

Duration: 6 months Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Onsite, 5 days/week

Pay Rate: $85–$90/hour

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineeringfrom an accredited program. 11+ years of related engineering experience. Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles, applicable codes, standards and design guides. Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit/BIM. Experience reviewing engineering drawings and technical designs. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively with ambiguous scopes and changing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working directly with clients and multidisciplinary project teams. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and/or technical teams. Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior-level engineers and designers.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous Data Center / Mission Criticalexperience. Experience with hyperscale, edge or colocation data centers. Understanding of data centerredundancy and resiliencyrequirements. Familiarity with data center Tier rating systems. Advanced Autodesk Revit experience, including complex families and custom parameters. Experience withBIM 360, Navisworks, Revit Worksets, View Templates and Project Phasing. Experience leading project schedules, budgets and staffing. Professional Engineering (PE) registration or active pursuit of professional licensure. Experience supporting business development, proposals and client presentations. Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
