Construction Litigation Attorney | Las Vegas or Reno | Hybrid$160,000–$240,000 base + bonusA highly regarded Nevada practice is expanding its Construction Litigation team and is looking for an attorney who wants to work on sophisticated disputes across one of Nevada's most active sectors. This role offers the chance to work with contractors, developers, insurers, owners and other major commercial clients while maintaining a flexible hybrid schedule. Your practice will include:• Construction defect• Contract disputes• Delay and disruption claims• Professional negligence• Insurance and indemnity disputes• Mechanics' liens• Developer/contractor disputes• Mediation, arbitration and trial work We're looking for:• 3–10+ years' relevant experience• Nevada Bar admission• Strong litigation skills• Construction experience strongly preferred• Excellent drafting and client-management abilities The offer:$160K–$240K base salary Performance/annual bonus Hybrid working arrangement Competitive benefits Sophisticated construction disputes Partnership/career progression opportunities
