Imagine It Done is seeking part-time and full-time Professional Organizers to join our growing South Florida team. We are looking for organized, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals with Monday–Friday availability and expect to fill these positions within the next few weeks. This is an hourly position with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week. A typical project day is approximately eight hours, generally 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, with no regular weekend work. While 40 hours per week are not guaranteed, we may offer additional responsibilities outside of on-site client projects to provide consistent opportunities for hours and keep your schedule productive. Eligible employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance following the applicable waiting period.
Responsibilities:
Work alongside the Imagine It Done team to organize, edit, and thoughtfully arrange clients’ homes Assist with home organization, relocations, unpacking, home setup, space planning, and product organization Pick up organizational products and project materials prior to client projects as assigned Handle product returns and donation drop-offs following projects as assigned Take before-and-after photos of designated spaces when assigned Treat clients, their homes, and personal belongings with exceptional care and respect Maintain the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and client confidentiality Collaborate with Project Managers and fellow organizers to complete projects efficiently and to Imagine It Done standards Be resourceful and proactive in addressing issues that arise during projects Assist with additional project and operational responsibilities as needed

A genuine passion for organization, interiors, and creating beautiful, functional spaces Highly organized personally, with exceptional attention to detail High-energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Excellent teamwork skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with both clients and team members Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of personalities Strong multitasking and time-management skills Ability to work independently while also taking direction from Project Managers and team leads Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable problem-solving as situations arise Flexible and willing to adapt to the needs of different clients, homes, and projects Comfortable being on your feet and physically active for up to eight hours per day Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client projects throughout South Florida
