Associate Attorney - Estate Planning & Real Estate

What You'll Do: Meet directly with clients and guide them through estate planning and residential real estate matters Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents Handle residential real estate transactions from contract through closing Attend closings throughout the Chicagoland area Communicate regularly with clients, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel Manage files from start to finish with the support of an experienced legal team

What We're Looking For: Illinois-licensed attorney 3–5 years of experience (estate planning and/or residential real estate preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented Comfortable working directly with clients and managing matters independently Willingness to travel locally for closings Someone looking to build a long-term career with a growing firm Why Join LoMonaco Law? Salary: $100,000-$125,000, depending on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities 15 days of PTO, plus paid holidaysSIMPLE IRA with employer match after two years of employment Firm-paid attorney registration fees, mandatory CLE, and malpractice insurance Mileage reimbursement for closings Please note that this position does not include employer-sponsored health insurance.
