Outside Sales Representative

Build a Market. Build Relationships. Build a Career in Construction. EmpireWorks Reconstruction is looking for an Account Executive to grow our business throughout the Phoenix market. This is an entrepreneurial sales role for someone who wants to build relationships, develop a territory, and create a book of business with significant income potential. The right candidate may come from construction or production, construction sales, or property/HOA management. What matters most is that you understand the industry, enjoy working with people, are comfortable in the field, and want the opportunity to build and lead a market.

Develop relationships with property managers, HOA boards, and industry partners Identify construction needs and generate qualified opportunities and RFPsConduct property walks and work with estimating and production to develop solutions Educate customers and manage opportunities from initial relationship through sale Maintain disciplined prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline managementWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORYou may be a construction professional ready to move into a customer-facing sales role, an experienced construction salesperson looking for greater ownership and upside, or a property management professional interested in moving to the contractor side.
