Deputy Director, EEO Investigations & Compliance (CEI)

The NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) seeks a Deputy Director for Investigations and Compliance within Citywide Equity and Inclusion. You will lead intake, investigations, and guidance across City agencies to uphold EEO policies and equity. Reporting to the Executive Director, CEI, you will supervise attorneys and staff, ensure timely, thorough investigations, and develop enforcement strategies aligned with new laws and city standards.
