Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active Bar License in good standing. Minimum of 6 years of labor and employment law experience. Significant experience handling EEOC charges and administrative agency matters. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws. Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience advising employers on employment law compliance and risk management.

Labor and Employment Attorney Responsibilities: Manage and defend EEOC charges and other administrative agency matters. Prepare position statements, responses, and supporting documentation for agency investigations. Advise clients on employment law issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, leave laws, and workplace policies. Conduct legal research and provide practical risk-management recommendations. Support internal investigations and employee relations matters. Draft and review employment-related agreements, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with HR professionals, business leaders, and legal teams on compliance initiatives. Monitor changes in labor and employment laws and provide guidance on legal developments.
