To enhance engineering productivity, the remote contract DevEx Platform Enablement Lead will shape developer experience strategy, enable scalable self-service platform capabilities, and standardize modern delivery practices across cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
Define and evolve internal developer platform (IDP) and developer experience (DevEx) strategy to improve engineering efficiency
Enable self-service infrastructure provisioning and reusable platform capabilities for application teams
Standardize CI/CD delivery workflows and establish repeatable paved paths for builds, testing, and deployments
Required qualifications:
Proven experience leading DevEx and/or internal developer platform (IDP) initiatives
Hands-on background enabling self-service infrastructure provisioning and platform automation
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design, standardization, and scalable delivery patterns
Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and integrating security into delivery workflows (DevSecOps)
Demonstrated ability to create reusable architectural blueprints and drive cross-team adoption of standards
