Traveling Superintendent

Trillium Construction is hiring for Traveling Superintendents to oversee the ground-up construction of big box stores throughout the country! This individual will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties:Manage all daily field operations from project kickoff through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules while driving production to meet milestones. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety standards. Conduct daily site meetings and coordinate work between multiple trades. Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications. Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals. Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize project delays. Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates. Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities. Qualifications:5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects. Proven experience managing Big Box retail construction projects. Experience with light industrial construction is required. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules. Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, OSHA regulations, and quality control practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft -Office Suite, or similar construction management software is preferred. xaygatp OSHA 30 certification preferred.
