Processing Technician

Key Responsibilities: Load and unload parts into processing vessels Operate and monitor Purification or SiC coating equipment Inspect, measure, and record production data Assist with part preparation and equipment setup Monitor gas levels, equipment status, and inventory Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Help in design-making and placement of processing fixtures Works in various processing capacities as required by production needs (i.e Handwork or Bagging Departments)Understands and uses Safety Data Sheets (SDS) documents Maintain clean and safe work areas Follow all company safety procedures and standards Qualifications High School Diploma or GEDManufacturing or production experience preferred but not required*Ability to learn technical processing systems and study Chemical Vapor Disposition Basic math skills and attention to detail Ability to lift 35 lbs and comfortable working around gases, chemicals, and high-temperature equipment with the required proper PPEWillingness to work in a cleanroom environment with and around nontoxic graphite Why Join Toyo Tanso USA?
