Highway Engineer (Westchester County)

Job Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: Hybrid Location: Albany, NY Pay: Albany: $55–$70/hour Lead the highway projects that keep New York moving. Creighton Manning is hiring a Highway Project Manager to lead highway design projects from start to finish. You will own client relationships, manage several projects at once, and mentor a team of project and staff engineers. What You Will Do: Manage multiple highway, traffic signal, and transportation planning projects at once. Serve as the day-to-day client contact and lead project and public meetings. Oversee staffing, schedules, budgets, and project billing. Lead QA/QC reviews of project documents. Coordinate multidiscipline teams and mentor project and staff engineers. Help develop proposals, attend proposal interviews, and represent the firm at conferences.

What We Are Looking For: Bachelors in Engineering (ABET/EAC accredited). 10+ years of highway or transportation engineering experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; additional experience may substitute. Active member of a professional organization. Occasional after-hours work for deadlines and meetings.
