Litigation Associate Attorney

A growing boutique litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with approximately 2-3 years of substantive litigation experience to join its civil and commercial litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing attorney who has built a strong foundation in litigation and wants greater responsibility, meaningful courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to develop into a well-rounded trial attorney. The firm's practice is intentionally broad, with matters involving businesses, individuals, property owners, contractors, investors, and other clients throughout Northern Illinois. The Practice Attorneys May Work On Matters Involving Business and commercial litigation Breach of contract disputes Real estate litigation Construction disputes Partnership and shareholder disputes Fraud and business tort claims Property and lease disputes General civil litigation Other complex disputes from inception through trial Candidates are not expected to have experience in every area listed above. We are particularly interested in attorneys who have been exposed to a variety of matters and want to continue broadening their litigation experience.
