Defense-Grade Hardware Engineer — Rapid Prototyping

Kform, a next-generation defense hardware maker, seeks an engineer to lead design, prototyping, and testing of complex hardware for defense and dual-use customers. You will work across mechanical, electrical, embedded software, and manufacturing to move ideas to production. This hands-on role requires a strong engineering foundation (electrical or mech), 3–5 years of experience, and the ability to document decisions, mentor others, and drive manufacturability and quality on fast-paced programs.
