Provide high-acuity nursing care in ICU and critical care settings. Perform complex patient assessments, administer medications, and manage ventilators, drips, and other critical therapies. Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and deliver safe, effective care.
Key Duties:

- Follow strict infection control practices and all compliance standards
- Document care accurately and timely in the EMRMaintain patient safety during high-acuity, rapidly changing clinical situations
- Required Qualifications & SkillsActive RN licensure
- Strong critical care/ICU clinical judgment and advanced assessment skills
- Proficiency with ventilator management and critical medication administration
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment
- Knowledge of infection prevention and regulatory compliance
- Accurate EMR documentation and strong communication skills
