Job Summary: Cleveland Petroleum, a Meritum Energy Holdings company in Cleveland, OK, is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team! The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers by proactively addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. Our Customer Service team is committed to Service, Efficiency, and Safety. Duties/

Responsibilities: Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services and serves as a liaison between customers and the company Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services Supports the team during peak winter months by handling increased call, order, and delivery request volume Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forwards it to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments Performs other related duties as assigned The absence of specific statements of duties does not exclude those tasks from the position if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment of the position.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (required)Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience Experience in high-volume phone call settings (preferred)Experience in the petroleum or propane industry (preferred)Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Service-oriented with the ability to resolve customer concerns Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn and use new software
