Implementation Specialist

Role Description: The Implementation Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding customers through the setup and adoption of Jason's Water Systems’ solutions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating implementation timelines, configuring software and related tools, and ensuring proper documentation of each deployment. The role involves providing clear instructions, training customers on system usage, and resolving issues that arise during and after implementation. The Implementation Specialist collaborates with customer service, technical, and sales teams to support customer satisfaction, maintain accurate records, and continuously improve implementation processes.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and optimize implementation processes. Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and support customers throughout the implementation lifecycle. Candidates should possess Software Implementation experience, including configuring systems, troubleshooting, and documenting technical steps. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explaining technical concepts in clear language and collaborating with internal teams. Experience working in a remote environment with reliable time management and self-organization. Basic technical aptitude with software tools, CRMs, or implementation platforms; experience in water systems, utilities, or home services is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering) is preferred. Ability to handle multiple implementations concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
