Site Monitor

Position Summary: We are seeking dependable and professional Site Monitors to maintain an on-site presence through observation, documentation, and communication. This role is strictly observe and report and does not involve detention, apprehension, pursuit, or physical intervention. Site Monitors are responsible for maintaining situational awareness, documenting activity accurately, and reporting concerns to appropriate parties while maintaining a calm, professional presence at all times.

Core Responsibilities: Observe assigned areas to identify and document unusual or suspicious activity Conduct routine patrols of designated areas (on foot and/or by vehicle, depending on site)Accurately complete written reports on smartphone using company mobile reporting application Promptly report incidents, concerns, or hazards to supervisors or designated contacts Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and the public as needed Utilize active listening and verbal de-escalation techniques during interactions Follow all site-specific procedures and reporting protocols Maintain alertness, professionalism, and situational awareness throughout assigned shifts

Required Qualifications: Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills Demonstrated critical thinking and sound judgment Ability to remain calm and professional in dynamic or stressful situations Ability to actively listen, assess situations, and respond appropriately Dependable, punctual, approachable, detail-oriented and well-suited for public-facing environments Work Environment &

Physical Requirements: Ability to work indoors and outdoors, depending on assignment Ability to operate in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind Extended periods of standing, walking, and observing surroundings Variable schedules, including late-night and weekend shifts Preferred (Not Required)Prior experience in monitoring, observing, customer service, or reporting-focused roles Familiarity with mobile timekeeping or incident reporting systems
