Strategic Corporate Actuary Capital Modeling & ERM Leader

Root is seeking a technically strong, hands-on actuarial leader to join our Corporate Actuarial team as Principal. The ideal ACAS or FCAS candidate has 6+ years of P&C actuarial experience and strong programming skills to influence capital modeling, ERM, reinsurance, and reserving activities. This role involves building and refining models, stress testing, ORSA scenarios, and communicating complex results to technical and non-technical audiences.
