Key responsibilities:
Administer and configure Proofpoint Core Email Protection and Abnormal Security, ensuring effective email security measures
Support Microsoft Exchange Server and Windows Defender in an email security environment, troubleshooting authentication and alignment issues
Identify and mitigate email threats, coordinating with vendors to resolve configuration and delivery problems
Required qualifications:
Minimum of three years of experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies, including SIEM and incident response
Proven experience with Proofpoint Email Protection Gateway and advanced phishing protection solutions
Experience integrating cloud-based email services with on-premises secure email gateways
Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field
Knowledge of email-related compliance requirements, such as HIPAA
