Staff User Researcher — Lead Global UX Strategy (Remote)

After Ship is seeking a Staff User Researcher to set and own the research agenda across multiple product areas, shaping post-purchase strategy. You’ll identify opportunities, translate findings into product insights, and raise research standards across the team. You’ll partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering leadership and report to the Manager of User Research. This remote position favors candidates in the United States, with collaboration across Asia and Europe, which may
