Creative Capacity & Operations Lead

United Masters, through its Translation division, seeks a Creative Operations Lead to optimize staffing across all active client accounts and drive capacity planning. You will own resource allocations, deploy the new staffing platform, and partner with PM, People Ops, and leadership to protect delivery quality. You will source and manage freelance talent, oversee awards submissions and case-study library, and build scalable workflows to balance billable work with proactive creative initiatives
