Position Overview: Prime One Sports, LLC is an eCommerce company that excels in selling sports memorabilia and merchandise through eCommerce and auction sites. We work with a partner auction memorabilia company that activates during the Tampa Bay Buccaneers home games. Our growing company is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team. Prime One Sports is seeking dependable and energetic Game Day Associates to join our game-day team for the remainder of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers home season games at Raymond James Stadium. In this role, you will assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of our game-day activation booth, where fans have the opportunity to purchase autographed & authenticated Tampa Bay Buccaneers memorabilia. Game Day Associates will interact directly with fans and customers, assist with merchandise and sales operations, and help ensure the activation runs smoothly from setup through to the end of the event. We are looking to add a few individuals to our game-day team, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is interested in gaining hands-on experience in sports, events, retail, and NFL game-day operations.

Essential Functions: Assist with the setup and breakdown of the game-day activation booth, displays, signage, merchandise, and equipment. Greet and engage with fans in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with questions about available merchandise. Support the sale and distribution of autographed memorabilia and other merchandise. Help maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing activation area throughout the event. Work closely with other Game Day Associates to ensure efficient game-day operations. Follow all Raymond James Stadium and Tampa Bay Buccaneers event-day policies and procedures. Remain attentive and professional throughout the entirety of the assigned shift. Be comfortable working in a high-traffic environment and interacting with many fans. Be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during game days. Be able to safely lift, carry, and move merchandise, boxes, and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. Education/

Skills Required: High School Diploma Required; candidate can be working towards his degree. Ability to work under pressure and display confidence, collectiveness and professionalism when communicating with customers and office staff. Must show passion and enthusiasm in providing our customers with the best possible service Knowledge of sports and more specifically, football a plus Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience. This is a seasonal independent contractor (1099) position. Candidates must be available and willing to commit to all remaining Tampa Bay Buccaneers home games for the season. Most remaining home games will take place on Sundays. Availability for the remaining Monday night game can be discussed during the hiring process. A typical game-day shift runs approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although start and end times may vary depending on kickoff time, weather conditions, stadium operations, or other game-day circumstances. Associates should have reliable transportation and be prepared to arrive on time for all scheduled game days.
