Sales and Service Driver

Safety-Kleen is seeking a Sales and Service Driver to join our Transportation & Logistics team in Environmental Services. In this field-based role, you will operate CDL vehicles to safely collect and transport used oil, waste, and parts cleaning products from industrial, automotive, and commercial customers. You’ll manage daily service routes, perform DOT-compliant inspections, handle drums and bulk liquids, and complete documentation while promoting Safety-Kleen’s recycling and sustainability solutions. Working within a safety-first, compliance-driven culture, you will deliver excellent customer service, support account growth opportunities, and uphold environmental and regulatory standards as part of the broader Clean Harbors organization. Safely operate CDL vehicle to service assigned customer routes for used oil, waste, and parts cleaning products Load, transport, and unload environmental waste streams in compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required logs and documentation Handle drums, totes, and containers, ensuring proper labeling, securement, and contamination avoidance Provide professional on-site customer service, explaining services and identifying additional needs Follow all Safety-Kleen and Clean Harbors safety policies, PPE requirements, and environmental procedures Assist with basic sales and service growth by communicating promotions and service options to customers Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to meet daily route, service, and delivery schedules Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned vehicle and equipment Report incidents, spills, or equipment issues promptly and participate in safety and compliance training CDL truck driving Route planning and navigation Hazardous materials handling Tanker operation and safety DOT/OSHA compliance Load securement Customer service and sales support Recordkeeping and e-logs Equipment inspection and maintenance checks Time management and scheduling Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CDL Class B with air brake endorsement Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) endorsement Tanker endorsement Clean motor vehicle record OSHA/Hazwoper training (preferred) DOT medical examiner’s certificate
