Estimator (Mitigation & Reconstruction) | Metro NY/NJ

THE ROLE: WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DOPrepare accurate mitigation and reconstruction estimates using field documentation, photos, measurements, and DocuSketch data. Write and revise estimates and supplements in Xactimate/Symbility (required) Collaborate with Project Managers and Crew Chiefs to ensure scope accuracy and documentation quality. Respond to carrier and TPA feedback while protecting appropriate scope capture. Identify scope gaps, maintain margin awareness, and escalate issues early. Communicate with adjusters and stakeholders to support approvals and file closeout.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Strong written communication and attention to detail. Comfortable with technology and estimating platforms. Xactimate/ Symbility proficiency required. PREFERRED EXPERIENCESymbility experience. Restoration or reconstruction estimating experience. Knowledge of TPA/carrier requirements. Experience estimating projects in NYC/Metro markets.

Base salary: $65K–$85K plus performance-based commissions and incentives. Total compensation potential: $150K+.PTO, 401(k) with company match, medical reimbursement, and professional development support.
