The Manager, Strategy & Transformation will apply management consulting skills to high-priority business challenges across the organization, with a particular focus on our growing pathology labs division. Working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, this individual will structure business problems, develop financial and operational insights, recommend a course of action, and lead implementation through measurable results. The role combines strategic analysis with hands-on responsibility for improving how the business operates. This opportunity is well suited to a management consultant seeking to build deeper operating experience and follow initiatives from the initial business question through implementation and sustained performance.
