Drive beauty sales by understanding customers’ needs, recommending and demonstrating products, and sharing knowledge of beauty brands and trends. Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s merchandising, hygiene, inventory, replenishment and operational standards while supporting a positive client experience. Identify customer needs and recommend beauty products to build loyalty and drive sales. Demonstrate products and application techniques while sharing product and beauty trend knowledge. Maintain product and brand knowledge through required training. Execute visual merchandising, merchandise sets, tester maintenance, and department cleanliness standards. Support inventory activities, including freight processing, back stocking, replenishment, counts, and price changes. Support omni-processing and follow safety, shortage reduction, and company operating guidelines.
