Investment Associate — Urban Multifamily (Bay Area)

Revere Housing is seeking an Investment Associate to support the Acquisitions and Investments team. The role spans deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution on complex urban multifamily assets, note purchases and strategic investments. You will travel to target West Coast submarkets to tour assets, assess market fundamentals, and benchmark competing buildings, while preparing investment memos and presenting opportunities to the Executive team.
