State Licensed Associate General Counsel

Key responsibilities: Support corporate governance activities and advise business leaders on legal risks and obligations Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements while managing outside counsel relationships Provide legal guidance on healthcare regulations and conduct internal investigations related to compliance issues

Required qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one state bar Minimum 8 years of legal experience, including at least 5 years of in-house counsel experience in healthcare or a highly regulated industry Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA, FDA regulations, and compliance laws Experience managing litigation and outside counsel, with a preference for knowledge in intellectual property and mergers
