Job Description: The BSA is a Techno-functional role: SkillsSalesforce Admin (Understanding of Standard Objects, Custom Objects, fields, Profiles, Permission sets, relationships, Workflows, Validation rules, page layouts, etc.) Functional and working knowledge of multiple clouds – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ Good understanding of business processes, excellent communication Skills, Stakeholder communication.
