Neo Sigma is building the intelligence layer that closes the feedback loop between customers, products, and AI systems. You will shape the visual language, interactions, and product experience at the intersection of engineering, product, and design. As a founding member, you’ll own core systems end-to-end, influence architecture and engineering culture, and have a clear path toward technical leadership as the team scales.
