This is a full-time/direct hire opening. Our client has been around since the late 1940’s and has never had a layoff. The average associate tenure is more than 10 years. Main duties include: Manage and lead the structural engineering department Drive employee development through coaching, mentoring, and training Lead civil/structural engineering projects across the United States and Canada Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Act as subject matter expert for all structural engineering systems
