Marine Estimator: Bids, Proposals & Field Logistics

Global Diving & Salvage, Inc. is seeking an experienced Estimator to lead bids for marine and heavy civil projects, typically up to $25 million. You will develop cost estimates, coordinate with primes, and manage pursuit strategy from strategy through submission. The role requires 5+ years in estimating, 7+ years in field engineering/logistics, and a four-year engineering or construction management degree. Occasional site visits and collaboration with operations are expected.
