A law firm seeks an Environmental and Natural Resources Attorney in San Diego, California. The position requires 6-8 years of experience in environmental law, including litigation compliance and regulatory issues. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a growing team and contribute to a statewide environmental practice.
Duties:
Manage all phases of environmental, toxic tort, and habitability litigation.
Conduct case management, motion practice, and discovery.
Handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development.
Requirements:
Experience with Clean Water Act, Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, Endangered Species Act, CERCLA, RCRA, and related regulations.
Land use experience is a plus.
Distinguished academic background and impeccable references.
CA Bar admission required.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications:
California Bar admission.
