Stator Winder - 2nd Shift

Stator Winder/Hookup Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Stator Winder/Hookup workers for a motor and generator manufacturing company in North Mankato, MN. In this role, you'll help build and assemble quality motors and generators while working with a skilled production team. What You'll Do as a Stator Winder/Hookup: Insulate, wind, and hook up stators for motors and generators Follow specifications, methods, and procedures to ensure quality production Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and winding tasks Perform machine setup and assist with coil winding operations Complete soldering and insulation work according to established procedures Move materials within the department using a forklift when certified and authorized Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor within the same salary grade or below What You Need to Bring to the Stator Winder/Hookup Role: High school diploma, vocational diploma, or equivalent required Ability to learn coil winding techniques, machine setup, insulation, and soldering procedures through on-the-job training Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools Ability to follow detailed specifications and work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality standards Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, if applicable Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions: Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
