This is a 3-4 shifts per week opportunity. Opening shifts are typically 11am-5:00pm.
Minimum Qualifications:
- English necessary, bilingual preferred
- Self-starter looking to hone & expand their craft
- Primarily opening shifts Friday-Sunday
- Weekends availability
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for 6+ hours
- One year experience as a lead or supervisor role
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare food for service (help line cooks with prep)
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Manager opener duties, count drawer, ect
- Works efficiently and in a friendly manner
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ensure a clean work environment

- Also a tipped position, usually $5-$10 extra per hour in tips.
