Federal Bankruptcy Law Clerk (Career)

The United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Alabama, Southern Division (DSC), invites applications for a career law clerk. The successful candidate will conduct substantive research, draft opinions, and review matters before the Court, applying knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. Representative duties include drafting orders, assisting with dockets, performing legal research, and coordinating with judges and staff.
