Key responsibilities: Designs and delivers instructional plans that meet course competencies and fosters student engagement Manages the learning environment by maintaining accurate records, submitting grades, and enforcing academic policies Participates in curriculum development and local campus events to promote the academic program's statureRequired qualificationsDNP or PhD in Nursing with FNP certification required One to five years of experience in instruction or formalized education, preferably in a post-secondary institution Experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) is strongly preferred Membership in a professional association related to nursing instruction preferred Willingness to work in an accelerated online learning format, engaging with students five days a week
