Key responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of simulation test engineers, establishing goals and priorities
Define and own the simulation V&V strategy and roadmap to support safety case requirements
Plan and oversee simulation test campaigns, ensuring alignment with industry standards and program milestones
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with 6+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience
Experience leading virtual testing and simulation of perception and autonomous vehicle behavior
Working knowledge of ISO 26262, ISO 21448 (SOTIF), and ISO 8800
Technical proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis
Experience managing cross-functional partnerships and external simulation vendors
