Senior Director, AI Policy & Economic Strategy

Breakwater Initiative seeks a Managing Director, Policy to lead its policy function and serve as Breakwater's senior-most policy expert. Reporting to the CEO, you will build the policy team, develop rigorous positions, and ensure materials are ready for implementation and public discourse. The role spans labor, tax, economic and industrial policy, safety nets, and ownership issues in AI. You will guide strategy, manage risk, and engage with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
