SUMMARY:
The Finance Lead is responsible for treasury operations, liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, banking activities, and funding-related initiatives within the EPC Corporate Finance team. This role works closely with headquarters, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to manage cash management activities, debt facilities, letters of credit, treasury reporting, and banking-related matters. In addition, this role is responsible for lender reporting, bank information requests, audit requests, and treasury-related compliance activities. This position reports to the Director of Corporate Finance, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This position is Hybrid located in our Houston, TX office and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 10%.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIESCash & Liquidity ManagementPrepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and long-term cash flow forecasts across the organization
Monitor daily cash positions and manage liquidity and working capital needs
Support cash pooling, intercompany funding, and cash management activities across entities
Support weekly bank reconciliations and daily ACH/check exception review, escalating abnormal transactions to the Sr. Treasury Analyst
Upload and maintain bank statements for all open accounts, and provide partial support to the Bank Accounts Administrator function (new account setup, closures, and access administration)
Debt & Funding SupportSupport administration of debt facilities, related-party loans, and other funding arrangements, including tracking of covenants and reporting requirements
Support financing renewals, credit reviews, and due diligence requests related to funding activities
Assist with preparation of materials for financing discussions and lender/investor communications
Banking & Trade Finance AdministrationManage and administer Letters of Credit (L/C) and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs, including issuance, renewal, and tracking
Maintain banking relationships and support day-to-day banking activities, including account administration and user access management
Prepare lender reporting packages and respond to information requests from banks and financial institutions
Reporting & CompliancePrepare treasury reports, cash flow summaries, and funding updates for headquarters and management
Support external audit requests and treasury-related compliance activities, including covenant compliance certifications
Process Improvement & Cross-Functional CoordinationIdentify and implement improvements to treasury processes, forecasting tools, and cash management practices
Coordinate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, EPC, and other internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and alignment on treasury-related matters
GeneralPerform other duties and special projects as assigned by Management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Cash Management, or Banking Operations
Working knowledge of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking operations
Familiarity with debt facilities, letters of credit, and trade finance instruments
Proficiency with ERP and treasury/banking systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with banks and financial institutions
Strong organizational skills and ability to develop and improve processes with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and changing environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in the construction, infrastructure, energy, or renewable energy industry
Experience supporting project finance or related‑party financing arrangements
Experience with treasury management systems (TMS)
