This position oversees patrol operations, emergency medical response, staff training, lift evacuation, rope rescue, mountain safety, risk management, and guest service while fostering a positive and professional team culture. The Ski Patrol Director works closely with mountain leadership to develop safety programs, improve operational efficiency, and ensure a safe and memorable experience for guests and employees at Anchorage’s community ski area.
